Data protection

Information:

In our privacy policy (data protection statement), you can obtain a simple overview of what happens to your personal data (and why ) when you visit our website or contact us through it.

Cookies

No cookies will be stored on your computer when you visit our website.

Using our website

It is generally possible to use our site without providing any personal data. Your personal data (e.g. name, address, email, telephone number, etc.) will only be processed by us in email communication in accordance with the provisions of the German data protection law. Your personal data will not be transferred to third parties for any purpose whatsoever. We would like to point out that data transmission via the Internet (for example, when communicating by email or via our contact form) may be marked by security gaps that lie outside our sphere of action. Ultimately, complete protection of the transmitted data against access by third parties cannot be guaranteed here.

Collection of general information when you visit our website to analyze general user behavior.

When you access websites, your Internet browser automatically transmits data to the respective web server for technical reasons. There, the data is stored anonymously in log files together with masses of data from other visitors. This is also the case with us. This data includes the date and time of access, the URL of the referring website, the files accessed, the amount of data sent, the type and version of browser, the operating system and your IP address. This data is stored completely separately from other data that you enter as part of our correspondence. A combination or assignment of this data with your own personal data is neither intended nor possible. This general log file data is evaluated for statistical purposes and deleted after no more than 60 days. The basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b of the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which allows the processing of data for the fulfilment of a contract or of pre-contractual measures. Due to data protection guidelines on personal data, the IP addresses of visitors in the log files are anonymized with an ‘x’ after 7 days.

Collection of data for the optimal provision of the website:

Use of Google Maps

This website uses the Google Maps API to visually display geographic information. When using Google Maps, Google also collects, processes and uses data on the use of map functions by visitors. Please refer to Google’s privacy policy for more information on data processing by Google. There, you can also change your personal data protection settings in the Privacy Center. Detailed instructions on how to manage your own data in connection with Google products can also be found there.

Fonts from Google Fonts

We use Google Fonts on our website, for which Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street Dublin 4, Ireland) is responsible. The files (CSS, fonts/fonts) are requested via the Google domains fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. The requests for CSS and fonts are separate from all other Google services. If you have a Google account, you do not need to worry about your Google account information being transferred to Google while using Google Fonts.

Storage of data that you have submitted to us. In the event of a booking or booking enquiry, we use the personal data you provide for order-related processing. In the case of orders, the duration of the data storage corresponds to the framework of legal requirements for accounting, in the case of inquiries and offers an appropriate timeframe until the completed processing; until revoked by the customer in the case of regular customers. We adhere to the principles of data avoidance and data economy, but we must also comply with the various storage periods stipulated by law. The corresponding data shall be routinely deleted in accordance with the statutory provisions after the respective purpose has ceased to exist or deadlines have expired.

Changes to our privacy policy

We reserve the right to adapt this data privacy statement so that it always complies with the current legal requirements or in order to implement amendments or extensions to our services in the data privacy statement. The current data privacy statement will then apply to your new visit.
